What is an Upline
An upline (sponsor) is the person that introduced you to the program. Finding the ideal upline is very hard. Let me share the things you need to know before joining under someone:
1. Upline should be in close contact with the Admin, IT specialists or other networkers. By having an upline who knows the people behind the company, you will get first hand information about what is happening. This might be quite unfair to others but let us try to understand that in networking, connections lower the risk of loss and expenditures.
2. Upline can be contacted anytime you want. If your upline is not always available, it will be hard for you to get updates about the program. Look for an upline that can effectively guide and teach you strategies on how to play this game and win successfully.
3. Upline can be trusted. Communicate with other networkers and try to talk about the upline you're interested at. Most uplines have an established reputation already.
4. Upline should be open-minded. When problems occur, players will eventually vent out their frustrations to their uplines. The uplines should be understanding about the predicament their downlines have.
5. Uplines should provide transparent information. When things are too good to be true, they usually aren't. Some uplines market only the positive things about the company and they leave out the negative things like deductions and payout limitations. Look for an upline who can tell you both the pros and cons on joining an MLM.
If ever you want me to be your upline, I urge you to choose other people with good reputation. What to Expect
Many people join MLMs (Multi-Level Marketing) just because they saw an opportunity to earn quick cash. I was once a victim of this kind of thinking and through experiences, I now know the reality behind these kinds of programs. Let us term ourselves as "players" because for me, MLMs and other earning program platforms are like a game. Let me share the scenarios that you might encounter upon joining programs like these:
1. Delayed payouts and inconsistent delivery of information - Most companies experience this after 2 weeks of upon their launch due to improper preparation and testing. Some people spread rumors to further complicate matters that will serve as some kind of diversion to release our focus on the delays. As a player, the only thing we can do is to wait and hope for the best. Before joining such programs, make sure to research, review and ask a lot of questions. Information is power in this industry.
2. Politics and Favoritism - In all companies, this is present. Some top earners or uplines are close with the owners that's why they are given special treatment. Nothing can really be done about this since this industry is focused on networking, therefore, the better and wider your network, the greater the success that you will get. Be friendly and talk to fellow networkers because this will be the basis of your success in this industry.
3. Sudden change of system - When programs have too much players at their launch date and it is consistently getting higher, this will come about to further enhance the longevity of the program. Most players hate this because some of them have recruited and explained to their downlines how the system works and now, they will not be able to explain the abrupt change of the system. In short, when this happens, the reputation of the recruiters will be completely tarnished. Let us just hope that our downlines will be understanding about the fact that the changes made are controlled by the company owner, not the upline or recruiter.
4. Under the table transactions and fixers - When problems occur and people are starting to panic, some players will use this opportunity to make quick cash through secret transactions. These things might be all about selling top head accounts, selling account heads for very low costs, getting picked for selective payouts and many more. Some people will try to get their seed money out of the program by tricking others. When people start to panic, they will do anything in order to appease their demands and problems. Let us not succumb to temptation and always still vigilant.
5. Flamers and industrial sabotage - When delayed payouts, unprofessional customer support and chaotic systems are brought about in a company, haters and flamers become active. They will blackmail, post negative comments, spread rumors and put down the company if the owners don't comply with their demands. Of course, the company is at fault here because haters would not do that if no conflict or problem arises but as players, we need to remember that nothing is perfect. The only thing we can do is to be patient and to pray that nothing bad will happen. Being negative won't do anything good both for the company and the player.
So before you join MLMs, be ready for all of these scenarios. Since I treat this as if it were a game, I always stay positive even at the brink of a program collapsing or payout stoppage. Sometimes we win, and sometimes we lose. That's just how life is. ^_^

What is the difference between Income Daily and Real-time Income Daily?
Income daily refers to how the company is marketed to everybody while Real-time Income Daily refers to the real money that you get daily including the deductions.
How can I earn money here?
You need to buy 3 accounts costing P2664 to earn P500 daily income.
Do I need to recruit to earn?
No, but you gain extra income if you do.
What is 5 + 2 Formula?
You earn P300 for every 2 direct referrals (these direct referrals can be your other accounts). The number 5 there is the number of spillovers (These are the people that register after you).
What is Graduation Sales Bonus?
When you have 7 people under you (two of which is your direct referrals + 5 spillovers), you gain P50 Graduation Sales Bonus and gives you another chance to cycle for 10 times. That means as long as in each day there are 70 people registering in the company, you can get P500 daily.
What is Super Direct Builder Bonus?
You get 10% of earnings of your direct referrals until the 5th line.
Example: I have 7 heads and with these, 3 accounts will be earning.
These 3 accounts will earn P500 graduation sales bonus each

When I encash, how much will I really be getting?
50% will be deducted for maintenance purpose (25%) and repurchase balance (Auto express wallet) (25%)
When will I stop earning commission?
When you are unable to meet the maintenance requirement for your account. The maintenance requirement is
1000 psv and 1 direct referral (you need to buy an account monthly to be put under your earning accounts)
What is PSV and how can I get that?
PSV is retrieved whenever you encash. If, for example, you encashed P4000, you will be getting 1000 PSV. PSV is like your online cash that can be used to buy products online through the AMGI Mall. As of now, the products for PSV are not yet released. 1 PSV is equivalent to P3. You cannot encash your PSV.
What is Auto Express Wallet?
This will serve as your repurchase balance. Whenever you encash, 25% will go to this one. You can either sell codes to get money or buy another account for more earnings. Auto Express Wallet cannot be encashed unless you sell codes.
How can I earn commission without worrying about the maintenance factors?
This is the strategy that I used. All 15 accounts (7 of which are the only ones earning commission) will have 30 days to earn commission. All auto express wallet for the earning accounts will be used up to buy another account for each earning head. With this, you don't need to worry about maintenance. The only downside here is that you could have gotten more earning accounts if you will connect the ones that you bought through autoexpress wallet to the other non earning ones but for me, 7 earning accounts that will never stop earning is better than managing 10-17 accounts worrying about maintenance.
When is the date for encashment and when can we get it?
Thursday is the day for encashment and the retrieval date will be at days 10 and 25. For day 25 payout, cutoff is from days 1 - 15 while for day 10 payout, cutoff is from days 16-31.

If you have already registered and linked your Security Bank account to your OKS accounts then you don't need to line up anymore. For those who haven't secured a Security Bank account for payout, you'll have to line up for to get your cheques.
